During the continuance of such force majeure event, the obligations of Cozmedics shall be suspended to the extent affected. Cozmedics shall make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact of such event and resume performance as soon as reasonably practicable.

Cozmedics shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused to users as a result of such force majeure events.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, including any question regarding its existence, validity, interpretation, or termination, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by Cozmedics.

The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Perintalmanna, Malappuram (Dist.) Keralam. The language of arbitration shall be English/Malayalam. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties.

Subject to the above arbitration clause, the courts at Perintalmanna, Malappuram (Dist.) Keralam, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over matters arising out of or relating to these Terms.

18. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Website after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
